Giles has over 30 years property agency and management experience, advising clients with mixed agricultural, residential and commercial portfolios on maximising revenue and capital growth.
Giles is based in the Winchester and Oxford offices overseeing significant estate management portfolios and purchasing/selling land, farms and estates.
He is agent to a number of major estates including Winchester College, the Sutton Scotney Estate, Christ Church (Ox), OUEM, All Souls College and the Portman Estate. He directs the delivery of portfolio valuations, budgets, appraisals, performance and inspection reports, acquisition and disposal services and development opportunities.
As a farmer’s son, he has a keen interest in rural business development both at farm and estate level giving him a strong insight to both agency and management.
