Philip Goscomb

Phil joined Savills in Chelmsford in March 2015 and where he later headed up the food and farming team until moving to back to his home in the West Country and is now based in Taunton.

Phil covers the south west region and specialises in management of contract farming agreements, in hand farm management and farm budgeting. He is also experienced in basic payment scheme regulations, environmental schemes and other rural grant funding opportunities.

Phil graduated from the Royal Agricultural College in 2011 with an honours degree in rural estate and land management.
