Sarah joined Savills national planning team in London in 2008, following seven years at London Borough of Southwark's planning department. She relocated to Savills Southampton office in 2012.
Sarah specialises in advising on major residential, mixed use, student and education schemes from developing planning strategy through to managing the planning application process and project implementation.
She has always had a particular interest in identifying rational solutions to issues arising through the planning process and successfully negotiates these. Her aim always being to secure the best possible planning consents for her clients.
Sarah's role involves advising a number of national house builders on major residential and mixed use schemes including multi-phased strategic urban extensions and city centre regeneration schemes. Through her experience of working in London and Southampton, Sarah has gained considerable expertise in advising on constrained urban sites including the development of schools, hospitals and housing schemes.
