Colin is a director in the south coast development team and deals with all aspects of the development process. Colin sits on the national development services board.
Colin joined Savills in 1994 having previously practiced as a commercial surveyor. He enjoys working with and looking after landowning clients seeking development related advice. It is a complex subject and Colin is accomplished at thinking laterally to come up with good solutions that save costs and add value.
His experience extends across greenfield, previously developed sites, buildings and mixed use urban regeneration. Colin is also an RICS registered valuer and a proficient negotiator, a skill he refines daily with his two children.
