Steve works in the food and farming team based in Salisbury and specialises in corporate and rural business appraisals, farm and estate management, diversification, strategic planning and grants/environmental schemes.
Steve joined Savills in 2002 as part of the acquisition of Farm Business Consultants Andersons South and West. Steve is also a director of a 1,500 acre arable and dairy mixed farming businesses in Dorset with 350 dairy cows, including 400 acres of organic land. Until the sale of the estate, he was also previously director of a 5,000 acre farm with conventional and organic enterprises including arable, dairy and pigs. Throughout his career he has worked with most types of farming and rural businesses in both the conventional and organic sectors, including a number seeking to add value to primary production by processing and marketing.
