Chris has 30 years’ experience of managing diverse rural estates and is based in the Salisbury office.
Chris qualified as a chartered surveyor and a fellow of the association of agricultural valuers in 1992.
He manages a number of estates and portfolios for private, Institutional and charity clients, advising landowners in relation to strategic asset management, landlord and tenant matters, the promotion of land for housing and other development and compulsory purchase and compensation issues. He leads the management team in Salisbury.
Chris grew up on the family farm south of Salisbury and is a partner in the family farming business. He relishes the outdoor life and enjoys activities such as riding and skiing with his wife and two children.
