Steven Spencer

Previously he worked for independent estate agency, where he was an equity partner. In his new role as head of Savills Rickmansworth, he takes over from Peter Everett who will continue in a consultancy role.

Steven knows the area very well, having attended  Merchant Taylors’ School and then living in Rickmansworth and Chorleywood from the early 2000s until around 2010, so the move feels very much like a natural transition.  

He is responsible for heading up the Rickmansworth office which specialises in residential sales, new homes, lettings and property management. His main work is the leading the team in selling some of the best in class properties in all price ranges across  Rickmansworth, Loudwater, Chorleywood, Kings Langley and the surrounding villages.

Steve cares passionately about his clients and property and he wants to ensure that we are providing a very positive customer journey experience from when they decide to sell their home with us all the way through to completion.
 
Steve is a keen photographer having worked in photography before entering into the world of estate agency. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit with long distance running - he did take part in the London Marathon for charity back in 2018
