Jonathan is a chartered surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He joined Savills in 2018 from JLL, having extensive experience across London and the wider South East region.
Jonathan leads the valuation team in Reading and specialises in the provision of professional advice relating to the commercial, residential and development sectors. This includes valuations for loan security purposes and development consultancy across the Thames Valley and surrounding counties.
Jonathan’s primary role is undertaking RICS Red Book valuations for loan security purposes in addition to accounts, viability and development consultancy including option negotiations. Jonathan acts for a variety of clients including most major lenders, property companies, developers and private individuals. He also acts in expert witness appointments for matrimonial and other disputes.
