Rachel has many years experience within property management dealing with city and rural properties. She has a vast amount of knowledge relating to residential property management, including property management and maintenance, new lets, renewal contracts as well as compliance and tenancy right to rent.
Rachel currently work on a portfolio of properties for an asset management company, dealing with registered rent, assured tenancies and assured shorthold tenancies.
She lives in a small town in West Sussex with her husband, 2 children and their miniature labradoodle Miles. Rachel love to travel and likes to visit new countries regularly. When at home, they like to take long walks on the Southdowns.
