Philip Graham

Philip has been working within the planning team since 2015 working on a range of planning issues, with a focus on rural and housing development matters.

Philip has worked in planning since 2010, gaining chartered status in 2012.  During this time he has undertaken a broad spectrum of work and gained both private and public sector experience. This has given him an excellent overview of the Scottish planning system from differing perspectives.

Philip has significant experience in working in planning policy and site promotion.  He now also works to secure planning consent for a diverse range of projects, from large scale masterplans to the removal of planning restrictions.
