Peter Brampton

Peter has spent the majority of his career working for South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse district councils in Development Management. Peter dealt with a wide range of planning applications in his time there and also completed an MSc in Spatial Planning in 2008. Most recently, prior to joining Savills, Peter worked on a number of major planning applications for the Vale of White Horse, including those working to deliver housing on the strategic sites of the local plan.

He advises and supports clients on planning projects of all types and at all stages. This includes improvements to individual properties, redevelopment opportunities, commercial projects and major housing schemes. Peter can assist on all stages of the planning process, from making representations on emerging local plans through pre-application discussions with local councils and submitting and negotiating planning applications to approval.

Peter is a lifelong Arsenal fan, and has been a season ticket holder for many years. He will more often than not be found at the Emirates at the weekend passionately watching from the sidelines.
