James Yeoman

James is a director in the Central Planning Team with over 15 years’ experience as a chartered town planner.  He advises as to the appropriate planning promotion strategy to maximise development potential, specialising in major scale residential use.  

James has experience of preparing a variety of planning applications and appeals for a range of developer and land owner clients.  His experience in respect of development control matters, coupled with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary consultancy teams, enables project delivery against challenging timescales. The political nature of the planning system means that community engagement is a key component of many of his projects.
