Adam is an apprentice surveyor within the architecture and building consultancy team, who joined Savills in 2021, supporting refurbishment projects primarily for Oxford Colleges.
Adam began his career in property when he joined Savills as an apprentice, where he is currently working towards his RICS accreditation. With a strong interest in heritage architecture, Adam has developed a particular focus on listed buildings. His early contributions have already earned praise for a thoughtful and detailed approach, especially in projects involving sensitive refurbishments.
Adam plays a key role in shaping projects from concept to completion, producing detailed designs, technical drawings, and visualisations. He supports clients through feasibility studies, planning submissions, and technical documentation. Much of Adam’s work is focused on refurbishing properties for Oxford Colleges, helping to enhance asset value and improve rental income. He works closely with consultants and contractors to ensure each project is not only creatively driven but also delivered smoothly, aligning precisely with the client’s expectations and requirements.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys going to the gym, training mixed martial arts, and playing padel. Based near Oxford, he values the strong connection between his personal interests and his professional life.
