Tom Clayton

Tom started his property career in 2012 with a nationwide company in west Norfolk learning the ropes before progressing from sales into valuations. From 2015 Tom was based within a Norwich based independent agency managing the office. He joined the Norwich Savills team in January 2021.

Tom may often be your first contact at Savills by carrying out the initial market appraisal of your property and it is his mission to deliver the exceptional Savills proposition from day one.

He lives in south Norfolk with his fiancée and son and has a keen passion for football and spending time with family.
