Paul is a director in the rural, energy and projects division based in the York office where he has been head of office since 2011.

Paul joined Savills in 2004 where he was based in the Lincoln office, having worked in the east midlands for several years. He moved to the York office in 2012. 

Whether in Lincoln or York he has had responsibility for estate management on behalf of a variety of clients throughout Lincolnshire, the east midlands and Yorkshire. He has experience in all matters of rural estate management, compulsory purchase and compensation, rent reviews and new lettings.
