Jess is an MARLA-qualified (Level 3) residential property manager, joining Savills in April 2025.
Jess has a strong background in residential lettings and property management and holds the IOSH Managing Safely certification, reflecting my commitment to both professional excellence and workplace safety. I have 8 years experience in areas of lettings and property management, both residential and commercial property management. My approach is client-focused, detail-oriented, and I believe that effective communication is key to client success.
My role day to day focuses on the daily management of residential properties, including building maintenance, tenancy matters and lettings.
In addition to my involvement with both the Rural Residential and Estates Administration networks, I also act as the Diversity and Inclusion representative for the Norwich office.
I enjoy performing arts and actively participate in Norwich's thriving theatre and comedy scene in my spare time.
