In 2020, Olivia joined Savills following five years of senior/board level PA experience in the private equity and real estate sectors.

Olivia provides full administrative support to the head of the department, Louis Keighley, and to the wider global residential development consultancy team members.

The global residential development consultancy team focus primarily on providing branded and luxury residential development consultancy, feasibility studies (for residential and mixed-use developments), brand premium studies (for the likes of Marriott, Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental), design & masterplan consultancy, brand selection & negotiation as well as capital market transactional work.
