Martin Szamfeber

Martin provides advice on valuations of self storage assets throughout the UK and Europe for a variety of purposes for clients ranging from lenders, investors and operators.    Prior to Savills, Martin spent 10 years at JLL. He started his valuation career valuing traditional sectors (retail, office and industrial) before moving to value alternative sectors in 2018.   Since 2018, Martin has been involved in self storage since but has also valued other operational sectors. These sectors include casinos, car parks, marinas, theatres, dark kitchens, holiday parks as well as some exposure to hotels.

Martin has worked across EMEA working on assets in a numerous European countries valuing self storage for a range of purposes.

Martin leads the valuation team, working with Ollie Saunders, to provide valuation advice across Europe.

A born native Londoner but can speak Polish due to his parents’ heritage and holds dual passports.
