Giles has joined Savills in September 2023 as an analyst within operational capital markets. Within the past 2+ years he has worked within the PBSA investment, PBSA valuations and the self storage team, developing his analytical skills when appraising and valuing operational real estate. Giles is a qualified chartered surveyor and is now established within the self storage team, from where he works upon both valuation and agency mandates across a pan-European remit.
Giles studied history at the University of Edinburgh before embarking upon a master's in real estate at the University of Reading. After graduating he joined Savills operational capital markets as an analyst on a rotational scheme.
Giles works upon valuation and agency mandates within the self storage sector across the UK and Europe.
Giles is an avid outdoorsman who cycles to work daily, whatever the weather, and also enjoys sailing, skiing, and hiking.
