David joined Nash Bond in 2004 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping some of London’s most significant development and placemaking projects – from Nova, Victoria to Broadgate and King’s Cross.
Following Savills’ acquisition of Nash Bond in 2023, David stepped into the role of Co-Head of Retail for the Central London team, where he continues to build on two decades of market leading experience. In recent years, he has been instrumental in bringing several new to UK F&B and retail concepts to the capital, as well as securing standout flagship lettings such as Lindt’s experiential store in Piccadilly Circus and the highly anticipated Pool House, the competitive socialising destination on Liverpool Street.
