Kieran is head of Savills cost consultancy and project management. Since 2002 he has been involved in all types of housing, commercial, education and local authority schemes.
Kieran is a chartered quantity surveyor and a member of the royal institute of chartered surveyors. Kieran has extensive experience of a wide range of projects within both the social housing and private development sectors, ranging from single building refurbishments, new build housing, decent homes projects for stock transfers, complete estate regeneration, university student accommodation and education schemes.
