Tom joined Savills in 2019 as a director in the Yorkshire and North East Industrial agency team based out of the Leeds office.

He has over 15 years’ experience in providing disposal and acquisition advice to a broad range of industrial occupiers and property owners.

He also provides strategic development advice to a broad range of local and national developers.

Outside of work Tom can often be found cycling in the Yorkshire Dales.
