Tony joined Savills Guildford in 2010 and specialises in residential valuations. He undertakes valuations for banks, solicitors and private individuals.
Tony works with both private and public sector clients giving advice on all elements of residential development. This includes providing valuations for the purpose of secured lending for all of the major banks. valuation advice includes private residential houses and large country residences. Tony also provides valuations for expert witness purposes.
