Aaron Eunson

Aaron holds a BSc in Urban Planning, Design and Management and an MSc in Urban Spatial Science from University College London.   After completing the Savills Summer Scheme in 2023, Aaron joined the business as a junior economist based in the Margaret Street office in 2024.

Aaron combines economic, spatial and policy analysis to inform evidence-led planning and real estate development strategy. He specialises in delivering Market Needs Assessments to support Industrial and Logistics planning applications, and has broader experience across the office, R&D, and data centre sectors.      Additionally, Aaron undertakes analysis to identify economic development opportunities through real estate, and contributes to wider thought leadership economic research such as the 2026 UK:RE x Savills 'Industrial and Logistics: The Infrastructure of Everything' report.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys going on hikes, live music events, and travelling, his most recent adventure being a trip to East Asia.     

Aaron has also volunteered with Just Space, a community-led planning initiative acting as a voice for grass-roots Londoners and communities, and Migrateful, a charity which supports migrants and refugees on their journey to integration by enabling them to teach cookery classes to the general public.
