Mark Ledgard is a Chartered Building Surveyor who qualified in 1985 and is accredited by the RICS in Building Conservation.
Mark Ledgard has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and is based in Exeter. .
He worked for various practices of surveyors and architects in London from 1979, qualifying in 1985. He moved to the South West in 1997, and has concentrated on identifying the condition of buildings, the analysis of defects, and the repair, alteration, remodelling and the finding of new uses for generally historic building fabric or buildings in an historic context.
Mark's work includes the preparation of initial design drawings and sketch proposals, the research into specification, and the management of the execution of work through building contracts.
