Jessica joined Savills in 2023 as a director primarily responsible for the Financial and Operational Performance of the Utilities and Infrastructure discipline providing strategic direction and cohesive leadership to a UK-wide team.

Jessica is a chartered Project Manager with 10 years experience in capital delivery in a variety of infrastructure sectors including, MOD assets, road, utilities and aviation.

Her experience in managing complex capital projects ranges from developing business cases, overseeing multi discipline design teams, construction delivery and benefit realisation.

Her specialism is taking concepts and driving them to fruition and holds a strong track record in delivering complex capital projects, driving operational efficiency and leading transformational change.
