Katherine Ilett

Katherine is based out of the London and Cambridge offices allowing her to value properties across the UK, but with a focus on the eastern region. She values rural properties for inheritance tax, CGT, trust, accounts, loan security, probate and dispute resolution purposes. She also undertakes portfolio valuations for funds, charities and landed estates. 

In addition, Katherine acts on behalf of private individuals and carries out formal valuations of rural residential properties.

Outside of work, Katherine writes books and enjoys running in the countryside.
