As a negotiator at Savills, Mia looks after our clients, understands their needs, builds their trust and offers tailored advice.
Mia became Bath office's first residential sales apprentice in February 2022. She was promoted to a sales negotiator role before the end of her apprenticeship and soon after received the award for 'Best New Talent' at Savills in March 2023. She builds strong and trusting relationships with clients and buyers in what can be a very emotional and unsettling process of moving home. Mia is a good listener and puts others at ease when navigating difficult situations so that she can positively impact someone’s journey and ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. She finds common ground and empathises with each individual circumstance, as everyone moves for a reason, whether that be downsizing, growing families, relocating for work or more specific personal motivations. She can adapt to different personality types and tailor her approach depending on the situation she is presented with. She believes her strengths listed above are what make her stand out from other agents. Mia has more recently received the 'Rising Star' award at the Bath Property Awards in November 2024, which is a special honour to be recognised in front of Bath's property industry.
Mia finds enjoyment in knowing that every day is different; meeting new people, visiting new properties and responding to the changing needs of clients and buyers. She conducts viewings, offers tailored advice and negotiates deals in order to help our clients achieve the best price for their homes.
Mia makes a concerted effort to be actively involved in our communities, supporting local initiatives, charities and community-based activities. She took part in the RUH Walk of Life, raising funds for patients, families and staff at the hospital. Mia and Savills have greatly enjoyed supporting many other causes, such as The Ben Saunders Foundation, the Natasha Lewis Foundation and the Bath Rugby Foundation. Local initiatives are integral to a small and intimate city like Bath. She also participates in the Freshford and Limpley Stoke fete, and more recently the Biddestone music festival ‘Bidstock’. By attending these events, Mia is able to improve her knowledge around the popular villages in Bath, making her better placed to provide best-in-class advice to those looking to move to the area.
