In H1 2025, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) witnessed absorption of 5.2 mn sq. ft., more than double the 2.3 mn sq. ft. absorbed during H1 2024. On the supply side, the city witnessed 5.3 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025, an increase of 76.7% YOY.
The operational stock stood at 74.4 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025, and the overall vacancy rate decreased from 11.6% in H1 2024 to 11.0% in H1 2025.
