Among them, three business districts stand out for their total Grade A stock: Pankrác & Budějovická, Karlín & Invalidovna, and the City Centre. Despite their substantial office inventory, these districts maintain the lowest vacancy rates among the 12 hubs, highlighting their strong appeal to tenants and their appeal to employees.
