Considering the city of Lisbon, the revenue per available room (RevPar) between January and October of 2019 continued its growth trajectory (0.95%), performing a total of € 94.48. This rise is mainly justified by the growth of 2.17% of the average daily rate (ADR), which registered until the end of October € 116.10. This value had again a special contribution of the 4 stars category, growing since the beginning of the year, which increased 3.77%, at the same time of a reduction of the occupancy rate of 2.29 pp.
