William specialises in the purchase and sale of farms, land, estates and rural property across the north of England.

William has worked in the property sector since 2008, initially in an estate management role, in 2010 he focused on transactional work and joined the Rural Agency team. 

Will now leads a team of eight focused on delivering farm, land and estate sales and purchases for clients across the north of England. 

The workload varies from small land parcels to the most substantial and complex Farms and Rural Estate sales, undertaken for a range of clients, private, PLC and institutional. The team has an enviable and successful record of delivering clients objectives.
