
Philip joined Savills at the Darlington office in 1977. In 1991 he moved to York to manage the office there. He returned permanently to Darlington in 2004, where he is now head of office.
Alongside managing the Darlington office, Philip works mainly in Yorkshire and County Durham, where he is involved with estate management for private clients as well as institutional clients, at both a strategic and hands on level.
He has a particular interest and experience in agricultural Landlord and Tenant, and as a current RICS Arbitrator, takes varied appointments for the resolution of agricultural disputes, usually relating to rent, notices and end of tenancy compensation.
