
Working across the region, Crispin specialises in helping his clients to make optimum use of their rural estate assets. He aims to provide a personal service, with total attention to detail.
Crispin started his career in Leicestershire. Having gained his professional qualifications he chose to move to Oxford to join Smith-Woolley, prior to their acquisition by Savills in 2004. Crispin moved to the Winchester office in 2012 to head up the rural department.
He is the lead agent for a number of rural estates and property portfolios in southern England and reports to trustees, directors and owners of private, Institutional and corporate estates.
He has a wide range of professional experience covering all aspects of rural estate management.
