Vanessa started at Savills in March 2009 at the Salisbury office in the Asset Management department, and is now a member of the South Coast Development team based in the Wimborne office.
Vanessa specialises in recoveries and receivership work for banks and short term lenders across the UK, dealing directly with lenders and borrowers from the initial appointment of LPA receivers to the redemption of the debt.
Vanessa has always had a strong interest in finance and enjoys being able to provide practical solutions to clients while also ensuring that she is providing a duty of care to the borrower.
