Molly joined the south coast development team as an apprentice surveyor in August 2022.
Molly sits within the valuation team undertaking a number of valuations for different property types including commercial, residential and development.
Additionally, Molly liaises with a number of solicitors and private individuals regarding covenant enquiries for a local estate.
Alongside this, Molly is studying part-time to gain a degree in Real Estate Management (BSc) with UCEM.
