Jon Shears

As a Chartered Building Surveyor and a fellow of the RICS, Jon's expertise includes acting as an expert witness, undertaking building surveys and offering technical due diligence upon residential and commercial property, development monitoring of conversion and new build schemes and the project management of high end residential dwellings. He also prepares reinstatement cost assessments and provides strategic advice to clients in relation to dilapidations, maintenance and repairs. Jon has co-ordinated and overseen work on an array of historic buildings throughout the UK.
