Ashley joined Savills in 2017 and specialises in the marketing and sale of prime residential property in the West Country.

After graduating from the Royal Agricultural College, Ashley pursued a role within the development industry before switching to residential agency where he has built a strong client base. Qualifying as a chartered surveyor with another national firm, he joined Savills to head up the residential department in Wimborne. Ashley lives with his wife and family in the heart of his patch.

This was an Executor sale which went to final bids. The vendors (solicitors and executor) proved challenging and Ashley Rawlings spent a considerable time and effort getting them to react to our reasonable requests.
