Helen is an RICS conservation accredited chartered building surveyor, specialising in historic building conservation and heritage work.  

I joined Savills in 2015 as part of the merger with Smiths Gore, having joined the architecture and building surveying department as a Senior Building Surveyor back in 2014. Prior to this I worked for Deloitte Real Estate (formerly Drivers Jonas), working in both the residential and commercial sectors for a number of high profile public sector clients and private organisations. I am currently managing a number of building projects for a range of client's across the firm's rural portfolio.
