Adam qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992 and specialises in estate management. He is currently the resident agent on the Arbury Estate.

Having worked in the West Country and Yorkshire Adam has been at Arbury in Warwickshire since 2008. Situated on the urban fringe there is a wide range of agricultural, commercial, residential, heritage, leisure, development, succession and sporting interests.

With such a variety of interests no two days on the estate are ever the same - all of which enriches Adam's working day.
