Lorraine has worked in property since 1992 specialising in the sales and marketing of new build properties. Lorraine is an expert in advising clients on the most effective mix, size and type of accommodation in order to maximize values. She also has considerable experience in property marketing, specifically selling new build off plan.

Lorraine maintains weekly contact with all her developer clients along with regular formal meetings on a monthly or fortnightly basis. She provides developer clients, new and existing, with marketing appraisals and marketing strategies. Lorraine often works with clients at the start of a project concept advising on house types, specification and purchaser profile.
