Shelley Stephenson

Shelley is a Chartered Surveyor with experience as a Sales Negotiator in the upper core and prime country houses market. Shelley also has previous development land, consultancy and formal development land bank valuation experience as a registered valuer.

Shelley started her career with a London housebuilder as a Land Buyer in 1996 and in 1998 joined Savills, Oxford as a Development Surveyor, which included undertaking Formal Red Book Valuations. In 2010 Shelley moved to another international property consultants as a Sales Negotiator in the upper core and prime housing market. In 2024 Shelley re-joined Savills in the Stow-on-the-Wold residential team.

In her spare time Shelley likes to travel, both throughout the country and abroad, play tennis, go the the gym/jogging, read, socialising, in the summer she likes to go paddle boarding and she is an Advanced PADI scuba diver.
