James joined Savills in 2016 and heads the Stamford office, specialising in the marketing and sales of town, village and country houses and cottages.

James started his property career in Cambridgeshire, where he grew up, and has been selling mid to upper end town, village and country properties for 15 years in a career that has brought him to Stamford via Northumberland and Leicestershire.

Married with two very active children, he can often be found taking one or the other to various cross-country events or football matches throughout Leicestershire and Rutland. When released from family duties, James is a keen amateur trombonist and treasurer of The Market Harborough Big Band.
