Martin is head of the commercial agency team. He specialises in office and industrial disposals and acquisitions.
Martin acts for a range of clients in respect to sales and lettings, acquisitions, development and Investment advice, along the south coast. His main focus is on offices and industrial but he has advised on a wide range of properties including retail, educational, former hospitals and former MOD sites. He also has undertakes rent reviews and lease renewals and has experience in property management. He has been working in the commercial property sector since 1983 and has been with Savills Southampton since 2003.
