Samantha Gibbs

Samantha is a chartered town planner who advises on sites across the south and south east. She joined Savills in 2015 having previously worked in both the private and public sectors.

Samantha has over ten years' planning experience working for private sector consultancies and in local government. She acts for developers and landowners on a range of residential, mixed use and commercial projects, coordinating complex planning applications, appeals and strategic land promotions and making representations to Local and Neighbourhood Plans.

Having worked in the public sector, Samantha has a thorough understanding of the development management process which assists in securing positive outcomes for her clients.
