Lin  joined Savills in 2007 and specialises in residential development sales.

Lin initially joined the residential development sales division of the Sevenoaks office as viewing and site sales staff. In 2012, she took on a new role as residential development sales negotiator. Her role includes dealing with developers and key clients in planning, specification and marketing through to sales and completion of their schemes.
