Graham is a chartered town planner with over 10 years experience as part of the Savills South East planning team. He specialises in working with developers, landowners, and large institutions, with a focus on the south east and outer London Boroughs.
Graham joined Savills Sevenoaks office in 2015, and is part of the wider south east planning team that operates across the south east of England.
Graham acts for a variety of landowners and developers across the region on a range of residential, mixed use and commercial projects,. Being based in the south east, Graham has an abundance of experience and knowledge of planning in sensitive areas, particularly those affected by Green Belt and areas of National Landscape. Graham is experienced in promoting land for development through local plan and neighbourhood plan processes; he is well versed in presenting schemes at public consultation events and engaging with clients, councillors, council officers, and members of the public.
Prior to undertaking a career in planning, Graham spent 11 years as an alpine skiing professional in Canada and New Zealand, and gets away to the slopes whenever possible.
