Sue joined Savills in 2011 and she heads up the LPA and property management team in Salisbury, specialising in residential LPA receivership work for lender clients.
As well as overseeing a team of professional property managers, Sue acts as joint fixed charge receiver for lender clients, helping to provide timely, cost effective solutions where there has been a breach of mortgage terms and conditions. Sue and her team also offer a residential property management service to private and corporate investors including arranging re-lets where required.
Sue has 25 years of residential asset management experience and works closely with the Salisbury asset management team who together offer a complete residential property service, from pre-acquisition appraisal and advice all the way through to marketing and sales.
