Alex Howard Baker

Alex has worked for Savills since 1998. He has an excellent knowledge of the area and its varied property market.

Alex specialises in the sale of family houses in and around the area. His role also includes uncovering and harnessing development opportunities for clients. Alex heads the Putney office with Caroline Bell. He takes a keen interest in the broader London and UK property markets and International economic and current affairs.

Alex has strong knowledge of schooling in the area as his children were educated locally. 

In 2016, he achieved the two highest sale prices for residential property in the SW15 postcode at £8.25m and £17.5m respectively.

A fluent Portuguese speaker, Alex also has a very good understanding of the Brazilian property market so is ideally placed to help the Brazilian Naval Commission in Putney with its varied property needs.
