Sam is a director in the global occupier services team in Peterborough, specialising in portfolio & estate management for UK-based corporations and central government departments.
Sam began his career in property with a honours degree in building surveying before gaining RICS chartered status within commercial real estate, focusing on commercial agency, leasehold advisory and valuations. During his career, Sam gained a wealth of experience in a senior role for the Ministry of Defence, managing their unique and diverse estate.
Sam currently leads a team of estate surveyors managing Anglian Water and the Post Office's operational estate, drawing on Savills wide-ranging service lines to provide market leading advice.
Outside of work, Sam is an amateur thrill seeker, completing several triathlons including the long distance championships in Almere, Netherlands in a sorry time of 14 hours 29 very long minutes. Apart from his poor showing within the triathlon circuit, Sam enjoys hiking and skiing.
